BIG WYOMING WILL GIVE YOU THE DRUG TREATMENT YOU NEED

Where the Great Plains meet the Rocky Mountains is the great state of Wyoming, a state known for being on the side equal rights, having fun at the rodeo, and its national parks. People from all across the nation come to Wyoming to see Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton, and the Devils Tower National Monument and witness these majestic sites in person.

Yet, while Wyoming may be the least populous state in the US, that doesn’t mean its population hasn’t been affected by the opioid epidemic plaguing the country either. During the mid-2000s, while methamphetamine use was running rampant across the state, prices for drug began to increase and caused a shift for less expensive heroin and other opioid prescription pills.

Since 2005, prescription drug overdose has increased five times in Wyoming, giving more incentive to provide drug treatment for those struggling with opioid and heroin abuse. If you’re interested in going to a Wyoming drug rehab or would like to know more about addiction treatment, call our 24-hour helpline at (855) 619-8070 and one of our addiction specialists will assist you right away.
